General conditions of sale
We kindly ask the parents staying with their children to ensure the tranquillity of our guests.
For reasons of hygiene and security, it is not permitted to smoke or to consume food or beverages in the rooms.
We regret that we cannot accept any pets, even very kind ones!
Arrivals:
Your room is at your disposal on the day of your arrival from 5pm onwards.
We welcome you during the morning until 11am and in the evening from 5pm to 8pm.
It is of course possible to leave your luggage with us during our opening hours.
As a guest house we cannot ensure a reception 24 hours / 24. At your reservation, we kindly ask you to specify your arrival time. We thank you for your understanding.
Conditions of reservation and cancellation
The payment is made to the guest house.
You must provide the information on your credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation according to the following conditions:
- 7 days: 50 % of the toal amount of your stay
- No-show, modification of the duration of stay, early departure: 100 % of the total amount of your stay

The guests are reminded that in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12 of the French Consumption Code they do not have the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L. 121-21 of the Consumption Code. The conditions of sale of the reserved rate specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
